Shipping and Handling

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge flat rate of $5 for shipping but if you order above $40 then shipping is free!!

How long does shipping take?

Currently our products are assembled in the United States.

If you are a customer from the US and Canada you can expect your package in 5-10 Business days. 

If you are an Australian or UK customer our current shipping time is 8-12 business days. 

Please be aware due to the global pandemic this time may increase.

What method of Shipping do you use?

We use EXPRESS shipping to send our products to our valued customers. Depending on the location we may use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and AUSPOST for fill your orders. 

Where do you currently ship?

Currently we are only shipping to the USA, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. More countries to follow.

Return Policy

Warranty on the product?

We want our customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. You are covered by two-year manufacturer guarantee. If there is a defect with the product due to manufacturing please contact us immediately at customercare@baybeeandco.com We would love to assist you in any way. Please contact our customer care within 14 days of delivery for any defects.

Please ensure all returns are in its original packaging and in unused state and in same condition. Once you have contacted us, we will request for photos of damaged good.

What if I do not like my purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of minds. Please ensure you have decided before purchasing.

What is the return process?

The money will be returned to the issuing credit card or PayPal account once the product has been returned to the address provided by our customer care team. The customer will be responsible for the return cost of shipping.
